blood "flash" when taking damage.

Description: This command allows players to disable the auto-popup of the
teammate complaint request for being killed by a teammate.

Description: This command allows players to change the transparency of the
primary part of the crosshair. You must have cg_crosshairhealth set to off in order for this setting
